Family Research Council Action has released its annual Scorecard for members of Congress who demonstrate an unwavering commitment and consistent support of faith, family, and freedom. I am proud to have scored a perfect 100% on this year’s scorecard.
It is a privilege to represent Georgia’s 9th District, and the conservative values of Northeast Georgians. I will continue to defend life, protect the institution of marriage, and stand up for family values. I will always speak up to protect the sanctity of human life, and give a voice to the unborn, who cannot defend themselves.
As a Baptist pastor and a Chaplain in the Air Force reserve, I will continue to advocate for religious freedom, and the guiding principles like honor, integrity, and liberty, upon which our nation was founded.
Votes on the FRCA scorecard included:
- Eliminating taxpayer funding for abortion
- Repealing Obamacare
- Repealing the Death Tax
- Banning abortion on five month-old pain-capable unborn children
- Defunding Planned Parenthood and repealing key elements of Obamacare
- Votes to prevent the relaxation of marijuana laws
